Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using the Projection Roleplay store and making purchases, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this service. By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
3. Products and Delivery
All products are digital and are delivered in-game. Delivery is completed when support staff add items to your account and mark the order as "Delivered" in the fulfilment ticket. You are responsible for providing correct character identifiers and ensuring your account is in good standing.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks
Our refund policy is set out in full in our Refund Policy. In summary: refunds are not available once an order has been marked as Delivered. Refunds may be considered only before delivery, at our discretion. You must contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks made without a legitimate basis may constitute fraud and can result in account termination and legal action.
5. Account and Conduct
You must keep your account secure. You may not use the store for fraud, chargebacks, or abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and refuse service where we reasonably believe terms have been breached.
6. Intellectual Property
Purchases grant you a licence to use the digital content within the Projection Roleplay server(s) as intended. We do not transfer ownership of intellectual property; you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save where you have mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
